Subject: That is a disgrace. I have spent long periods of time in Europe and I believe there should also be standards of cleanliness for police cars on a Federal level like they have overseas

In the Czech Republic, the poliezi train for 6 months on the upkeep of and preventive maintenance for their cars. And in keeping with the mandated color idea, I think they should all be cleaned with SimpleGreen
