Not true. I happen to have first hand on AR. I know of only two cites, and one county running Blue and red. The state is all blue. And yes, I don't like red on police cars. I don't like being confused with the vol fire fighter. Ive also been in in TN, KY, and NC. Don't know about the all red in TX, didn't think any one used that since the 70's.
