In reply to: I think if anyone were to even remotely come near one of his cars 's message, "they'd most likely get sprayed with pepper, jacked, and have to go to the nearest medical facility for treatment of canine wounds from the "work dog" that will be located in the rear seat, with opened window. Alongwith all that, all you alledged "painters would be posting bonds for an appearance in court on disorderly conduct, criminal mischeif, and assault charges," on 08:31:08 12/12/02 Thu

Apparently now it is permissible to attack someone with pepper spray and a dog if they get too close to a car? And after they're attacked they would be charged with assault? Far fetched to say the least.

You'd better check what state you're in first to see if pepper spray is legal for a civilian such as yourself to possess or carry.

A person always has a right to protect his person and /or property from those stupid enough to attempt to inflict physical harm or damage on a person or property, and the law does not limit or prescibe the means by which to do so.nice to hear from you m Professor Miller. It doesn't matter what "state" that a person is in.14:39:51 12/12/02 Thu
