In reply to: Arthur Miller, Harvard School of Law 's message, "The old law professor is at it again" on 08:45:07 12/12/02 Thu

Based on the scenario that the prevous individuals were suggestiung, that is assaulting a person and his personal property, the charges specified would be appropriate, even tha assault charge, AFTER being sprayed, jacked and bitten. The law always favors a repeller, not the agressor(s). One does not have to be alaw professor to know this. Just bring on the paint and see who goes to jail!

But we thought you were the one who called himself a law professor and attorney, Mr. Bs., jD. (ret). Or did you finally stop using that when the Port Orange Police did a full background check on you? (NT)The lies never cease, do they?14:48:46 12/12/02 Thu
