Subject: A person always has a right to protect his person and /or property from those stupid enough to attempt to inflict physical harm or damage on a person or property, and the law does not limit or prescibe the means by which to do so. The law always favors a repeller, not the agressor(s). One does not have to be alaw professor to know this. Just bring on the paint and see who goes to jail!
