Yeah the spotlight is supposed to be horizontal, not cattywumpass. one of two things may be wrong. the hole may have been drilled at an angle or you don't have the right mounting brackets. its probably the brackets since most of the time on police cars the holes are drilled by the factory. the brackets are angled for the particular auto pillar. maybe you are trying to use caprice brackets instead of crown vic.
