This recently took place in a small FL city where the budget is almost nil and the cars are still box Fords. If it puts more cars on the street, or at least safer cars, I would go for it. We recently had a debate about Burger King putting free computers in the schools in return for a 15 second commercial at start up. The parents revolted saying "our children already see too many commercials". Well guess who will be paying for those computers now. Ads are a way of life in USA so get used to it. As long as the ads are not to distracting, go for it; save some money, get a new car and hopefully cut down crime. 10 years from now we will see threads on this board asking "on a CV from '02, do the golden arches go above or below the Wal-mart stripe?"
