You know, I could see selling bumper sticker-size spots to bail bondsmen that would go in the back of the Plexiglass prisoner cage. Maybe alot 4 spaces in each car for $50 each per month. Basically they would only be seen by "passengers". With a 100-car fleet, a department could raise $240K per year.

But then you'd have to contend with a typical government snafu: They'd have to hire an entire staff to run the program, make sure the stickers are always there, market the program, etc. So you'd need at least 6 employees in that division at a salary cost of $300K a year and a program budget of $1.2 million. And they would make the cops apply the damned things in the patrol cars.
