The invitation was extended to many that did not attend. We wished to make a good impression in this unprecedented honor and were successful. I don't think anyone would have expected the MSP and the people who helped organize this to invite people from thousands of miles away, I'm sure that wasn't because they didn't believe you were worthy but instead because they didn't think you'd be able to attend. And i'd have to guess that they didn't personally know each of you guys getting your undies in a bunch over not being invited...how would they invite you, on a public forum such as this which would totally negate the request the MSP made for "invitation only" attendees.
