I was reading this morning about the impending execution of that individual from Pakistan who murdered the two CIA employees---------at the CIA headquarters outside of Wash DC...........
Well: the commander of the VSP just happens to be named Massengill............no joke.
Rhetorically speaking I doubt that Trooper Massengill would be highly amused to be driving a marked VSP squad advertising his namesake feminine hygiene products.....
