 Just watched "The French Connection" for the first time in many years. Some great NYPD cars are in the movie, they even have a scene in one of the vehicle shops, got to see 66 Chevys, 67 & 68 Furys and even 69 Fords. Those old green,black and white cars sure are unique looking, how many have been restored?

lets see I know of 2-70-71's, 1- 68, 1-72, 1-73 (light blue) on drawing board. There's a few more odd cars but perhaps a couple more I have not seen.nypd restored car spotter15:13:29 11/23/02 Sat
