I had a conversation today with our police chief about this incident, and he thinks it was a security agency getting to big for it's britches. (Apparently there have been other reports about a car(s) matching the stripe scheme I reported belonging to some new security company.) Esp. if there are red and blue lights on the car which are in every way illegal here in Delaware, they will be "headed for the hoosegow" Two depts. in the area are looking for the car which has not been as yet spotted. So Rick, the locals think you are right!
