Well... They can go down to the auction place and just buy themselves an old B/W PD unit with spotlights, cage, push bumpers and set themselves up. The guys I see buy them seem to be cabbies, but who knows. This same national auction place sells Fire Chiefs rigs with lightbars and sirens still hooked up. I wont name anybody....but they do it all the time. I've called 2-3 CHP & DMV investigation offices to state the fact, but they didnt seem to care. -- copcar dot com's Discussion Board
