The question you should be asking is; why would you have to ask permission from the Public Relations Office to take a picture of a college rent-a-cop vehicle that is seen daily by thousands?

Do you really think that Villanova students are "conditioned" to ask permission before taking a picture? Is it in their campus rules book?

I think next, we need to gather up all those who have photographic memories and put them in protective custody because they've obviously witnessed marked police cars driving down the street. There's a miniscule chance that Achmed the terrorist will kidnap them for the info stored in their mind because, unless Achmed had a camera, he won't be able to return to Balenkishadnish and tell his fellow terrorists what police cars look like.
