The 1994 Caprice I bought came with a very plain MX 7000 on it. I want to put something a little brighter and eye catching on the car but keep it period correct. The kids love the strobes and all when we go to cruise nights and car shows so I was thinking about putting on a Vision bar or a Vista bar. I know going to car shows and cruise nights is a alien concept for the majority of police vehicle collectors in the Phoenix area but it is a lot of fun. The Vista bar I have is marked as a engineering sample with a date tag of 10-24-96 so I think that design is still a little too new. To bad because it is a sight when you light everything up on it. Since the car was in service till I bought it, the Vista bar would be ok, but I think something available when the car was first put on the road would be more correct The info about the Vison bar puts it in the right time frame. Thanks for the input, it made up my mind. Now to find a blue lens or two. Thanks again.
