Subject: Ed Sanow stated in his book on restoring squads that certain departments are 'Blue Chip'...........CHP, LAPD, RCMP, NYPD, come to mind if the car in question was actually used by the department in question............and, of course: ANY high performance big block ex-squad qualifies as well.........
