I am 62 and have medical problems--damaged muscles and hyperacusis which is hypersensitivity to sound and vibration. This is my second season playing. I now have old graphite clubs, steel shafted clubs, and a single Gria club. I am comparing them. I've learned that I want to hit with sweeping motion cause of the impact on body taking a divot. Single length makes almost complete sense to me--possibly 2 lengths also make sense from Simpleton. But they have steel shafts. I have gotten used to heavier graphite clubs---about 450 plus grams---so it's been a challenge getting used to the lighter club of the Gria. I am wondering if the graphite shafts of Gria are going to absorb the impact better than the steel shafted 1 Iron clubs? Further, has anyone put Prosoft Inserts into the shafts to help with vibration? Given my medical condition, any advice to make the game gentler on my body would be valued. Right now I'm debating between Gria and 1 Iron clubs. Vibration is key in making a decision. I use oversized grips to help and gloves on both hands designed for arthritis to help with impact. Please advise.

Frank, I have not had any "vibration" issues with the Nova's. I have had great success with little pain what so ever.

Tony
