Subject: Suggestions
I received my Novas 2 weeks ago and after several trips to the range, I am not getting the results I had hoped for. I take a combination of my old pings along with my new Novas, and I cannot get any accuracy or distance with eitheer clubs now. Any suggestions?
Walter

Walter, I recognize your concerns and I have a simple suggestion that will satisfy your concerns. Remember that not only are the Nova irons hybrid irons, they are also single length! The first thing you need to do, is leave you Pings at home and out of your mind. By switching back and forth between clubs, you are defeating the purpose of one set-up and one swing. Follow the swing tips and after a couple more trips to the range, it will click and that is when the accuracy and distance will come to you.

My initial reaction was I was mentally into taking divots, and I found I wasn't taking a full normal swing. Once I got beyond this, I was hitting like 10yrs ago. Also, I stand back a little more from the ball. It seems to aid in the sweeping motion.

Thanks for the suggestions! Went back to the range and incorporated the tips and WOW what a difference! The ball seems to jump off the club-head and I have gain the distance I had lost over the years. Next stop , the golf course

Been to the course 3 times, happy to report that I now have broken 90 twice(87,89) this is a first. My confidence has returned and I am beginning to turn heads in my group.
Thanks again for the wonderful irons
