Subject: Frontier House, again

Here's a link that had a good description of Frontier House and a bit more of a follow-up.
http://www.post-gazette.com/tv/20020428owen2.asp
I like the description of Karen as whining about the Clunes whining, lol. Also, it mentions that Tracy (the 15 year-old Clune cousin) has trouble relating to her classmates when she goes back to school, says they don't care about hearing about her frontier experience, ends up choosing to be home-schooled, and is working with horses in Montana (not sure for how long or under what circumstances). Anyway, it was an interesting article.
I've ordered the Frontier House book, so I'm looking forward to reading that.

Interesting article. I still think that Tracy came away from FH the most *changed.* You could see it in the last show when she said everything was boring now. And not being able to relate to her classmates or even wanting friends - wow. I think her priorities in life really did change. And I think it is great she is working with animals. Last - I think I am using I think too much! LOL!!!! Ann - let us know how the book is when you get it and if it is worth ordering :-)

I will definitely post my opinion of the book. Can't wait until I get my hands on it!
