I wish I could have watched the entire season (however short it was). I thought the series would last for months! You can imagine the shock.

I would love to read that book and any article, Jennifer.

DH threw away the TV Guide!!!! If anyone has last weeks that is where you can find it... In any case, it basically talked about FH and that Mark and Karen are now getting divorced and he is living in Montana in a cabin for a while writing a book.

I'm not surprised that Mark and Karen are getting a divorce. For all her whining about the Clunes whining, it seems that the Clunes survived better as a family. Of course, with it being a second marriage for both Mark and Karen, and a marriage of I think 4 years, as opposed to the Clunes 18 years, there was a difference to begin with.
I think Mark has a daughter from a first marriage, about whom he said in the show was the only person he really loved (Karen must have been thrilled to hear that). I wonder where she lives, if it is anywhere near Montana. If it's not, then I guess writing his book is more important to him than maintaining close contact with "the only person" he loves.

Is it just me (an please - I hope no one takes offense to this!!!!) but do people in second marriages just not give things a try? Do they not work as hard? And I don't mean ALL people because I am sure there are many people out there who DO. But most second marriages I hear about don't survive long. Seems to me as though many people today use divorce so readily.
