I saw your message on FG that you may post some of your thoughts on the women wearing corsets subject. I think it would be really neat for you to do that - actually - I would LOVE to read your whole dissertation! You must get it published

Thanks Jennifer!,

My dissertation is a nightmare at the moment. I wanted to hand it in today, but it's not finished yet. I've been working till about 3am every night this week. I HAVE to get it finished tonight so I can get it bound tomorrow (too dicey getting it done at the weekend), ready to hand in on Monday. I've only got about 1000 words to write, but it's an uphill struggle.

It's not very good, and I'm not sure if it'll even pass. I've been told I don't have enough theory in it so I've been madly reading books on gender theory as bedtime reading.

As for publishing it, hmmmm, not sure about that. Difficult and expensive, and it's very short for a book. I'll post some of my thoughts on the FG board once I've got it finished and can condense it into a few sentences.
