Pageant was very competitive. Dr. Stephanie Mills was AMAZING. Thought she had it int the bag! AMAZING on stage. So was Wendy Russo...I was a little surprised in the end at the results but the tall Ms. Texas was unique and very elegant on the ramp...she looked like a runway model.
