Subject: no, I am not AA, so I can understand your concern about the black gown. I tend to like strong bright colors on AA girls. It usually shows better. I remember first seeing Miss America from FL in a yellow gown, and I went insane over it. So, guess you'll have to think hard, try some on, and maybe take pics to see for yourself what really pops.
