Kind of ties into the topic of stretch games. Stretch games are good for the players, the fans, recruiting and the school. The real question is whether when you play a stretch game do you bring a passing attack with you to be credible. No passing attack of substance, and especially no threat of a deep passing game, goes ok in the PL but pretty much writes off chances of a win against a good team. In the last 10 years Gate has feasted on its share of humpties, but how many good teams has it beaten?
