About as ugly as it can get. Thank god for our defense, but there are things that need shoring up in the off season. The playoffs will be tough.

The Bucknell game was a classic defensive battle.
Difficult to completely pass judgment on the Gate O..
Melville's passing game looked good in the 1st half, albeit all to Maddaluna. In the second half, his passing wasn't completely on target and his receivers seemed to be well covered. The slippage in passing may have also been from a pocket that wasn't able to hold off the pressure very long from the Bison beasts on D. Seemed like the Bison D. scheme had a spotter on Jake to minimize his running options. Missing the change-up in running style from a battering ram like Wilkens can not be underestimated. The three-headed monster is effective in keeping the D on its toes, and gives Jake a bit more room for finding openings in the D.

This year has been a good step forward. But, there isn't that much that separates the top teams in the league. This group seems like they have the energy and character to build momentum from this year's success.
I hope the playoffs don't destroy the self-esteem that they built up over the season, especially the D.
