first of all, "satan's footman" (as if i dont know your true identity), i cant believe you ACTUALLY went through and changed all those names!! can we say "too much free time", lol.
moving on tho, i think you both have good points. SF on the origin of it all, and nick on the whole "If there is no god, why not sin? why not kill? why not do whatever you want? Even though we dont need rules to start a race, we need rules so the race will survive" part.
but mainly, its just a way to control people. i just dont like how religion condems people who are different than its loyal followers. society preaches about being individuals and thinking for yourself but as soon as anyones steps away from the mold they have commited a sin and need to devote the rest of their lives to making up for it. eh, whatever. im indecicive about most of this religion crap anyway. if you're completely spiritually devoted to a religion, then thats great for you. just dont discriminate against or look down on me because im not. thats about all i care about.
