Photos: What do you think of using photos and/or videos of very different contestants that all score well as a method of training your judges? I wish more pageants would put examples of what they are looking for on their website as well as giving the exact information to judges. Use at least three photos and videos for each division. Show contestants that are different shapes and ages (to especially help the young judges realize that "young" is not necessarily the key). If I am going to pay money, I want to know that everyone is on the same page so that I feel like I am paying for a truly fair shot.
