With a slight snort of frustration, the young tan chops at a branch of one tree, laughing before he can stop himself as he sits on his haunches to puzzle out his next move. Perhaps not straight up, he didn't want to run into Elygan! Up and to the side, he could keep pace with Gerwyn that way. His mind made up, he scrambles through the branches, sliding under some like a limber tan spaghetti noodle. Soon he is leaping through the branches only a blade-span apart from the ones Gerwyn is on, and he has time to flash a toothy grin before he once again dives to the level of branches below her, waiting until she runs a fair distance before he gives a massive leap to be behind her again.

His ears swivel back, no sign of Tew yet, but that tan's sanity made no promises on where he'd appear next.
