I'm glad they finally released that, and wonder why they deleted it. Maybe too revealing at that time? Because it is kind of a perfect tie-in, Alexis revealing to Kate that Castle makes pancakes when A has a really bad day - and here he was making pancakes for Kate at her place just a day previous. That seems important; revealing as to what kind of man Castle is with and for Kate, how he takes care of her. -- Always Castle

What a great scene! I too wonder why they A) deleted it, and B) didn't include it with the other extras on the DVDs. - I always wonder that, pretty much with every show! LOL. There have *got* to be way more scenes that get cut than they ever put on the DVDS. There'll be 24 episodes and we'll get, what, 8 deleted scenes? How's that possible?! I WANT THEM ALL! ;) But yeah, I wanna rummage the Castle cutting room floor. Haha.
