Looks like both you guys need to learn to chill during school!

Sean- I bet you were lucky to get off without a spanking at home or at school- or both. Maybe you should think about not sitting with your two buds. If they are getting you in trouble, it might not be worth the laughs sitting with them. Your laughs might end up in tears!

PJ- I hope you can stop being bored during school, because if you get bored again, and get in trouble, your Dad might not go so easy on you at home!

Good luck to both you guys.

We are really lucky! Our school keeps us so busy and is so interesting- we don't get in trouble.

What happens with the demerits at your school?

How long do they stay on the record?

What happens when you get so many? And, after that?

At least demerits at school don't automatically mean aspanking at home!

Hey you guys! Good to see you and your brothers again!

We get demerits at school for just about anything. You can get them for being tardy, chewing gum, general misbehavior, not turning in homework you know stuff like that. You can even get a demerit for not having your demerit card. We have to turn them in to our teacher at the end of the week. If we don't, we get a demerit. Most stuff is just 1 demerit but more serious stuff gets you more. Like misbehavior at Mass can get you anywhere from 1 to 5 demerits. I got 2 for last week at school Mass. It's up to the teacher or principal how many you get. Lying or swearing gets you 5.

So if we get 5 demerits we have to do a teacher referral which means we talk with our teacher and talk about your behavior. That goes home to our parents. If you get 10 then you got to go see the principal or assisstant principal and a school counselor and do whats called a office referal. You also get to have lunch with them for 3 days and you write a behavior contract. That also goes home to our parents. If you get more than 10 it just gets worse. The demerits go back to zero at the end of the quarter except if you have 30 or more at the end of the year you can't go on the class trip.

We get a trip over one of our parents knee with the paddle for every 5 demerits. So i got 2 now if I get 3 more i get a spanking. So that's kind of how it works. there's other punishments too like detention and in school suspensions. What do they do at your school when you get in trouble? Do you get spanked at home for getting in trouble at school?
