It is my pleasure to keep you up to date, Sean. The boys were all excited about going away to camp, until they realized that they were going to miss out on what was happening at the two forums where they participate. When they were so saddened by the fact that they wouldn't be able to post, I figured I could play the in-between guy, and make them happy.
Believe it or not, Sean, no parent likes making his child unhappy for any reason. If we do that, you can be pretty darned sure that there is a reason for it. So, if I do spank my child, it isn't because I like to see him cry. (I hate it, actually.) It's because I would rather my boy cry now instead of later in life when he has to pay a lot bigger penalty than a spanking.
In any case, the boys are having a super time at camp. It is the same camp I went to when I was their age! As for you saying that they are a great bunch of kids, Sean, I was thinking the very same thing about you, and your brothers and sister. I am very impressed with what you kids have posted here! And, I know that they will want to write to you and your siblings soon, Sean.
