Interesting. I was there from '63 to '70 or '71. Worst time of my life and affected my life afterwards. I felt no warmth or caring from my teachers/nuns. As a matter of fact, I was sneered at, ridiculed and pushed. I witnessed Sr. Michael Catherine kick a fellow student up one aisle and down the other (for several aisles). EAch time he tried to get up, she kicked him again! I was horrified and forever changed. I recall this boy had at leasat one parent in a wheelchair.. I am 56 years old and still bite my nails. I am wondering why I could not have had better memories like some posted here. I was not good student, which I am sure contributed to the behavior towards me. Perhaps I frustrated my teachers, but that was no excuse. I will say that Sr. Michael Patrick (something like that) was kind. But, my eight grade teacher, Sr. Margaret Mary, is one I will fondly remember. Thank you, sister!
