Subject: How long does a pageant have to be "out of business" before someone can claim the title and revive the business? Anyone know of pageants that came back this way?

I remember about 5 (?) years ago someone tried to get Miss Teenage America back going. The woman worked for USPS but nothing ever came of itNo name
