Subject: I was thinking about that dress recently. Is there a way to access a photo.? Why did they have to change? I heard her mom made the finals gown. All I remember about it was it had some kind of pointy witchy looking shoulders.

This was a year a deal was made and one designer made all the gowns as requested by the contestant. Some ended up getting off the rack versions though. Kira's finals gown was like the one her mom made for NY, but that one was green and she was crowned in a white version.
