She is a flight attendant who lives and works out of Florida and residency was ignored. Victoria's aunt is a huge Miss PA donor and has served on state committees as a volunteer that should have made Victoria ineligible to compete along with all of her bullying tactics. A man on the Miss PA board had his MAO license pulled and was dismissed as an ED in the 90s for fixing the state pageant. This PA board needs to go along with Victoria's crown being pulled.
