It’s funny, but I’ve actually come to believe that this is easily the most subjective scoring of all components. To this day, it astounds me how many folks are compelled by completely gibberish answers - as long as they are delivered confidently. I always listen closely to the question, then assess whether or not that question is actually answered (rarer than you might think), and if there’s any nuance to that answer beyond the typical pageant patty response to it. (NT)Doesn’t answer your question (I don’t remember many of my favorites word for word)
