I'm assuming the thought is because they left a future Miss America on the stage (Marjorie Vincent was 2RU in Miss NC 1989, before moving to Illinois the next year), but yeah, pretty difficult to have a discussion on a discussion board without a little bit of explanation lolol (NT)Pageant Statistician
