This change was announced system wide by MAO in August of 2025. The 2026 Miss Orlando, Miss City Beautiful, and Miss Winter Park Scholarship Competition was held on January 10, 2026. You are incorrect about the policy not being applicable when the Orlando competition was held. (NT)No name
