Subject: In general, local orgs. Have very little say with anything. They must tow the rope on the whims of what their state orgs want and the national office. There is almost no protection for local orgs.

Yes! It happened about 15 years ago. There was a girl that had a reputation for writing bad checks to directors for entry fees. She was banned from several pageants as word got around what she was doing (NT)No name
