Subject: That would be her 1st Runner Up as in the case in all pageants when the Named Winner is Stripped of her title. From what I was told from the people who were there, Christina Herman deserved to win over Victoria anyways.

I doubt that Christina Herman would take over after learning the cost. Page shared that she has spent over 68k to be Miss Pa and a bunch of the past Miss PA's had to take out personal loans and are still in debt. On top of that the org claims that there is a stipen but its $400 a month and at the end of your year you get a percentage of your paid apearance fees which is only a couple grand. Not to mention there is no gas sponsor and you have to pay the taxes on everything after. The PA org will bleed you dry and then ask for more money (donations) when everything is over. Being Miss PA is only a reality if you have a rich family who can bank roll it for you. (NT)no name
