Very curious on updates. From the looks of it, the miss and teen winner were obvious and very deserving. Unsure why the other VA thread here is focused on the wrong thing. The state board is causing havoc! (NT) No name

Virginia is one of the few states that decided to adopt the for-profit format. Is that what is causing the "havoc" you mentioned. Could/Would you address that issue more specifically?
