This hasn't had a former Teen titleholder to win the Miss USA state title in 19 years. Ohio It looks like Chelsie Bates (nee Folden) is competing in Miss 11 years she last competed in the state title. Like Kentucky, Ohio hasn't had a former Teen titleholder to win the state title.
