Queens who have come close to winning all four state titles, both Teen and Miss, at Miss America and Miss USA. Has anyone come close to achieving it for the first time?

Amanda Debus was DE OT 08, DE TUSA 11, Miss DE 16 and 1st runner up to DE USA 19 (NT) Not sure if anyone else has been that close

I have often wondered why contestants who competed first in MAO then compete in state USA don't place in Nationals. No name
