I will chime in here. Jones publicly posted a very sour and disrespectful post that made her look very bad. She was very upfront and direct about the way she felt about the winner and herself not winning. The post did not go over well and she now seems like a sore loser and a hater. She chose to make that post knowing full well people would see it as her social media is not private. She also made the choice to come back and compete this year, knowing that post was heavily discussed on this board last summer. So with all that said, Jones has subjected herself to this backlash based on her own behavior and faults. Unfortunately the things you post (whether you try to edit/clean it up or not) will follow you forever. To my understanding she has not made a public apology nor has done much to try to turn this around. So it’s her fault if this follows her all the way to the Miss America stage. -- Pageant Guru Message Board
