But now, states are taking at-large contestants and those who win local titles are winning in local pageants where three to five titles are being awarded and there's no scholarship, wardrobe sponsors or even a committee to help you prepare. Boom! That’s the crux of it! I said during Covid the decline in locals would eventually me the decline in pageants. Women getting into pageantry today are on their own more often than not. And without a strong board to maintain Brand and partnerships the cost get passed into the girls (NT) No name
