So glad to see that Mary Sickler has punched her ticket to the Miss USA Pageant as Miss Nevada USA after coming so close three times in Texas. How is it, though, that she could compete in Texas in May and have eligibility to compete in Nevada just two months later?

Kentucky was won by a girl that was First runner up 2 weeks before in Tennessee. I can't believe they let girls compete in more than one state per competition year (NT)No name

MUSA does not have weeklong state pageants or require a yearlong commitment from their state titleholders. You can live or work in one state and go to school in another and be eligible to compete at both pageants in the same year. You can be very active with appearances or simply show up at MUSA and then crown your successor the next year. (NT)ureka smoke
