Of note in Minnesota that Rachel Betterley is trying to become the first woman to be crowned Miss Minnesota twice. She was Miss Minnesota(MAO) in 2015 as Rachel Latuff. (NT) PikachusWorld(not signed in)

No. There is only pageant that crowns the Miss Minnesota. She is competing for Miss Minnesota USA, the last three letters are important and a distinction. I’m not being snobby, I’m just stating facts. Annoys me when people don’t use the full name (and it’s also not Miss (State) America, either). (NT) No name
