Subject: With so few contestants for Miss North Dakota-USA and Miss South Dakota-USA (to say nothing of the Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin "miss" and "teen" competitions) did they announce runners-up in the four Dakota "miss" and "teen" pageants? Subject Author Date Lots of confusion last night for MN. Rachel was the clear winner. Perhaps overqualified or above the system. She took my breath away in all aspects of competition. Winner has no social media presence either. How are they going to brand better if their winners aren’t capable of doing it. Truly a loss for them and it will show in due time.
