 You would be surprised to see how many spent extra $ to kiss up. Many were awarded state crowns. So my friends are stuck UNLESS they decide to not look back at the new Kim Greenwood escape. She and others will choose who gets crowned in the future. You many not remember that Shugart served as a judge for a Miss USA at least once or twice. State directors were told she would help choose (even while she was the national director).
