Subject: Only few returnees competing in Miss at both states, a few of which were RPM contestants. Peyton Brown is the returning last year's runner-up competing in North Carolina and Maritsa Platis is also the only returning past runner-up in South Carolina. It is sad that other RPM girls aren't interested to compete with this new directorship.

It takes awhile to get that RPM Kool Aid out of their system. Plus, why would anyone even want to compete for Miss USA now? It sounds like all you get is a flight to Miss Universe on Spirit if it's held out of the country or a Greyhound Bus ticket if it's in Las Vegas. I think I saw this year's Miss USA holding a sign that said "Will Work for Appearances." (NT)No name
