Subject: Cold climate states seem to need training in how to compete. The evening wear segment is still beautiful, but they need practice in how to grab the audience. Jmo!

    Agree that Iowa could do really well. She was IAOT when she was 14 and made T9 at nationals that year. Very pretty "girl next door" who is smart and articulate. (NT)No name
